The majority of casinos actually outsource their customer services teams to foreign places where players will not receive good service from. What software is used by the casinos is also key. Some casinos offer very realistic game play software that is fast and easy to use. On the other hand, there are just as many casinos with software that is really slow and dated. If you can find an online casino that offers: fast payouts, reliable customer support and great gaming software then your time in the online casinos will be an enjoyable one. Sadly though it is very difficult to find online casinos this good.
